70" x 70"; $1,200; 2009. This quilt is pieced entirely from half-square triangles that form larger squares set "on point", with contrasting borders. The color palette suggests high intensity energy. My quilting design is an overall flame that radiates 360 degrees from the center of the quilt, out into the corners (see detail), representing anger. This quilt won a First Place at the Sun Prairie (WI) Heritage Quilt Show in 2009. The face and back are 100% cotton; the batting is 50% Bamboo/50% Cotton. There is a rod pocket for hanging.
